My name is Basel Musharbash. I practice antitrust and local government law to empower workers, entrepreneurs, communities, and governments.
I represent clients in litigation, consulting, and transactional matters, with a focus on promoting resilient community development and fighting corporate noncompete abuse. My mission is to help communities confront the flip-side challenges of concentration in private power and atrophy in public power.
I earned my J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and my B.A., cum laude, from The University of Texas at Dallas.
